Coffee sorbet
Instructions
Heat not boil the milk with coffee, sugar and rum.
Leave to cool and pour into a pan and freeze for 1 hour in the freezer.
Beat the egg whites until foamy and combine the mixture and crumbled firm.
Mix everything together and put the mixture into the Pan, and this in the freezer for about 2 hours until ready to serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of milk
- 4 cups of strong espresso coffee
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of rum
- 2 egg whites
- 1 pinch of salt
