Green apple sorbet to cinnamon
Instructions
Put in a saucepan the lemon juice along with the minced zest of one of the three.
Add apples, peeled and cut into four, 10 cl of water and cinnamon.
Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Put into a bowl, remove the cinnamon stick (if you've used powder), sweetened, then blend and put in freezer.
Turn occasionally until it has the desired consistency.
You can garnish with Apple slices in lemon and again passes a pinch of cinnamon (this time really powder).
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of green apples
- 3 lemons (juice)
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 10 cl of water
