Instructions

Shell the pomegranates and put the beans in a pot with a finger of water; simmer until the meat releases the juice.

Collect the juice through a pass.

In a bowl, combine 1/4 l of juice, 1/4 l of water, sugar, lemon juice and filtrate: gently mix and transfer in the ice cream maker.
