The shrimp soufflé
Instructions
Boil shrimp and sgusciarli.
Pass the shrimp tails in the blender with a little cooking liquid.
Combine in a bowl the béchamel sauce, chopped shrimp, tails blend with the cooking liquid, the egg whites firm and one by one the yolks of egg.
Butter a mold and pour in the mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees until souffle is puffy.
