Chocolate soufflé
Instructions
Melt chocolate pieces in a Bain-Marie.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and stir with a wooden spoon until mixture is smooth and clear.
Add chocolate, incorporate the egg whites and pour everything into a mold from buttered soufflé.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Bring immediately to the table piping hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of bitter chocolate
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 egg whites
- 70 g of sugar
- Butter to grease the mould
