Instructions
In a saucepan put the chopped chocolate, pour a glass of milk and melt in a Bain-Marie stirring constantly.
In a saucepan put the flour, pour the remaining milk, stir and stir to mix the sugar and the melted chocolate.
Put back on the heat and boil for 2 or 3 minutes.
Withdrawn, let cool, then carefully fold egg yolk at a time, and butter.
Finally, and with great delicacy, the white snow mounted soda.
Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish and abundant sugar powdered filling it only for two-thirds.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for about half an hour.
Serve the soufflé at the table in the same pan.
