Instructions
In a saucepan, Bain-Marie, melt chocolate with 2 tablespoons of water and cook for 5 minutes.
Dilute the starch in the milk boiled with sugar and add to melted chocolate.
Cook, stirring, until the mixture is thick.
Remove from heat, add 4 egg yolks and let cool.
Whip egg whites 5 egg whites and incorporate them gently.
Pour everything into a mold with butter and sprinkled with icing sugar.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve immediately.

- 80 g of cover chocolate
- 1 glass of milk
- 30 g of starch
- 50 g of sugar
- 5 eggs
