Spaghetti with navicello plot
Instructions
Take a beating with the onion, carrot, celery and put to fry in heated oil, let it simmer quite low for ten minutes.
Add the tomatoes, coarsely chopped and deseeded.
When the gravy will lift the boil, add the crumbled tuna and adjust the seasoning: it'll take a little salt because the tuna is tasty: you can, if you like, we are prioritising in pepper.
Let simmer over low heat for a quarter of an hour.
In the meantime you will have cooked spaghetti, rather thin, retire it al dente and toss with this excellent sauce.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 1 cipollina
- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 glass of seed oil
- 500 g of tomatoes
- 60 g of tuna in olive oil
