Spaghetti with needlefish
Instructions
Clean, wash the needlefish, remove the heads and bones, cut into small pieces.
In a Pan fry a beaten of garlic, onion and parsley.
Then let the flavour the fish; squirt with the wine, let it evaporate, add the peeled tomatoes, cut into cubes, salt and pepper; bring to boiling.
Cook the spaghetti in salted water, drain and toss with the sauce.
Sprinkled with a handful of breadcrumbs and serve.

- 350 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 600 g of fresh needlefish
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cipollina
- Parsley
- White wine
- 1 box of peeled tomatoes
- 1 handful of breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
