Instructions
Boil spaghetti in salted water and grated pecorino.
Drain the pasta and leave a little water.
Pour into a bowl sprinkle with cheese and plenty of freshly ground pepper.
Stir well and serve immediately on warm plates.

- 80 g of grated pecorino cheese
