Spaghetti for those on a diet
Instructions
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and put them in a pan of hot, already cover. Leave a little bit of water to the tomatoes, add salt, add chili and some basil leaves. Allow it to cook even a bit of the sauce without it withdrawing too. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces. Cook al dente spaghetti and pour into the pan with the tomatoes, blow them up slightly and turn off the heat, add the mozzarella cheese, stir and serve hot.

- 350 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 600 g of san marzano tomatoes
- 1 mozzarella light
- Salt
- Hot pepper
- Basil
