Instructions
Make a chopped carrot, onion and celery and fry it in butter.
Combine the meat and seasoning over medium heat.
Add a few tablespoons of preserves and sprinkle with salt.
Saute again then cover with milk and bake for about 1 hour.
Sifting through the cooking, put it back on the heat and add the onions.
They cook and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 700 g of beef stew
- 50 g of butter
- 1 onion
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 carrot
- 500 g of new onions
- Tomato paste
- Milk
- Salt
