Mushroom and meat skewers
Instructions
Emulsify in a Bowl a marinade of olive oil, lemon, salt, pepper, crushed garlic, herbs.
Cut meat cubes and mushrooms and place them in the marinade, leaving them for 3 hours.
Cut the bread cubes and cook the skewers alternating bread, meat and mushrooms.
Broil basting with the marinade during cooking.

- 400 g of pork pulp
- 400 g of porcinelli mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Sage
- Rosemary
- Some slices of bread
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
