Instructions
Cut the slices of swordfish in squares with a thickness of about 2 cm, do the same with the cheese, Arugula, and wash thoroughly thawed shrimp tails.
Subsequently, strung on each wooden skewer the ingredients (alternating) and arrange in a baking dish.
Then, decorate with balsamic vinegar, brush with olive oil extra-virgin, profumateli with a pinch of dill, sprinkle the pretzels and bake in the oven already warm for 5 minutes at 200 degrees.
Soon after, serve hot and racy.

- 400 g of swordfish slices 2 cm thick
- 16 frozen shrimp tails
- 400 g of smoked cheese
- 1 bunch of fresh arugula salad
- Balsamic vinegar
- Dill
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
