Pink sparkling wine
Instructions
Pour the vermouth and brandy in a large punch bowl.
Add kiwi, oranges and the lemon slices and mix well.
Before serving add rosé wine, sparkling wine and ice cubes.
Garnish with fresh mint and serve in glasses or punch cups with fruit and ice.
Just as bubbly but lighter, this drink can be prepared by substituting a part of wines with very carbonated mineral water.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 5 cl of sweet red vermouth
- 5 cl of brandy
- == 1 Kiwi, sliced
- 2 oranges, sliced
- 1 lemon slices
- 1 bottle of rosé wine
- 1 bottle of sparkling wine
- 8 sprigs of fresh mint
- Ice
