Instructions
Using a kitchen mixer, place all ingredients in mixing bowl and blend for a few minutes until you get a soft cremina.
Serve at room temperature.
Tip: you could use this cream on steamed vegetables, especially on asparagus.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 10 cl of tomato coulis
- 5 cl of liquid cream
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
