Simmer gently for 10 minutes the water with the sugar, stirring constantly.
Allow to cool.
Wash away the fruit and pass it through a sieve, add the sugar syrup and whipped cream mixing from top to bottom.
Place the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for 2 hours.
