Fried lamb
Instructions
In a bowl beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper, dip one at a time the lamb and filet mignon are passed in breadcrumbs pressing to adhere well.
In a cast iron pan to heat the oil and fry the Filet Mignon, drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of lamb filet mignon
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 200 g of breadcrumbs
- Frying oil
- Salt
- Pepper
