Pumpkin stew
Instructions
Powdered onion slice, let it dry in 3 spoonfuls of oil along with the peeled garlic and plenty of Marjoram.
Add the pumpkin, cut into squares, salt, pepper and wine.
As soon as the latter will be evaporated, add warm broth, with and let simmer for about 25 minutes, or until the pumpkin is soft and rather dry; If necessary, add more broth.
Dress at the end, with fresh Marjoram and a drizzle of raw oil.
Transfer vegetables to a plate and serve it as a side dish to meat preparations.

- 800 g of groat, onion
- 250 g of onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of marjoram
- 1 ladle of broth
- 5 cl of dry white wine
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
