Plums in brandy
Instructions
Prepare an infusion of tea and mint with 50 cl of water.
When is lukewarm soak the plums to 1/2 day, mixing them every now and then.
Then punzecchiarle with a needle, place them in clay pots or ceramic, add some vanilla, a bit of lemon zest, a teaspoon of sugar and pour with the brandy.
Close the jars.
Consume after 20 days.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of small plums
- Sugar
- 100 cl of aquavit
- 1 stick of vanilla
- Some of lemon rind
- 3 teaspoons of tea
- 1 teaspoon of mint leaves
