Pasta with pumpkin and shrimp
Instructions
Make you sweat in olive oil thinly sliced onion and add the pumpkin, cut into strips.
Let simmer for 5 minutes and season with a pinch of curry and a small white background done with the heads and the shells of shrimps; Add salt and cook for a few minutes.
Add the shrimps and cook for 1 minute.
