Tin of peaches and figs
Instructions
Flour figs without Peel and fry them in butter.
And should in the same Pan fry the peaches cut into wedges.
Put the fruit aside.
Beat egg yolks and egg whites with 100 g sugar.
Combine the crushed biscuits and macaroons, peaches and pour the rum mixture into a buttered baking dish, cover with the chopped figs into wedges and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.

- 12 green figs
- 6 white peaches
- 70 g of butter
- 6 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 10 biscuits
- 2 amaretti biscuits
- 1 dram of rum
- Flour
- Sugar
- Butter
