Instructions
In a bowl mix the hazelnuts and almonds with the flour, the sugar and the melted butter.
Add a pinch of salt and eggs, beat with the whip and mix.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the dough moistened to teaspoons, spaced, giving each dollop an oval shape.
Put in oven at 180 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Remove cookies from oven and put hot on a rolling pin to give them the characteristic curved shape to tile.
Allow to cool, remove and serve.
