Instructions

Clean vegetables and mushrooms; cut the potatoes and mushrooms into thin slices, diced pumpkin.

Prepare chopped parsley, oregano and garlic; Add salt and mix with 4 tablespoons of olive oil.

Place in a baking dish greased with oil, mushrooms and potatoes layered pumpkin.

Season each layer with chopped aromatic.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees.
