Pumpkin and mushroom tiella
Instructions
Clean vegetables and mushrooms; cut the potatoes and mushrooms into thin slices, diced pumpkin.
Prepare chopped parsley, oregano and garlic; Add salt and mix with 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
