Timbale of fettuccine
Instructions
Boil the noodles, drain, raffreddatele and put them in the dish.
Flavour them with the tomato sauce and with all the ingredients above.
Pour into buttered pan and coated with breadcrumbs.
Half Pan cover with mozzarella and close with the remaining dough.
Brush with a little butter and bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
Ingredients and dosing for 5 persons
- 400 g of type pasta fettuccine
- 700 g of tomato sauce
- 200 g of tomatoes into cubes
- 500 g of mozzarella di bufala
- 200 g of green beans
- 200 g of lean pork
- 50 cl of bechamel
- 150 g of parmigiano
- Olive oil
- Breadcrumbs
- Little of butter
