Instructions
Make a cream with the egg yolks whisked with sugar already adding slowly the mascarpone and stirring with a wooden spoon, stirring in one direction (not to go crazy the cheese).
In a baking dish arrange a layer of biscuits and soak them with the little sugary coffee (if you can add a bit of liquor) and then cover them with the mascarpone cream.
Finally grattugiarci the chocolate and refrigerate.
A lighter version can be made using 2 whole eggs, yolks separately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 egg yolks
- 200 g of sugar
- 400 g of fresh mascarpone
- 1 pack of pavesini biscuit (or biscuits savoiardi)
- 2 cups of coffee
- 1 check of chocolate
