Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add the mascarpone, marsala and the whipped egg whites.
In a rectangular container layering wet biscuits in coffee and a layer of cream, continue until exhaustion ingredients, sprinkle with cocoa and put in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

- 2 eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- 200 g of mascarpone
- 1 box of savoiardi biscuits
- 2 tablespoons of marsala wine
- Coffee
- Cocoa powder
