Cheese Cake (Torta Ai Formaggi)
Instructions
Mix the flour with the milk and avoid the formation of lumps.
Add the beaten eggs with salt and pepper and grated cheese.
Grease a bowl that goes in the oven, pour the mixture and bake in moderate heat during the first 15 minutes, after which, little by little, turn up the heat.
After about 30 minutes, remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool.

- 50 g of flour
- 25 cl of milk
- 100 g of parmigiano
- 100 g of gruyere cheese
- 3 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 30 g of butter
