Instructions
Take 3 eggs and divide the yolk from the egg white, then mount it to snow.
In a bowl beat the egg yolks and sugar, melted butter, potato starch, flour, cocoa, baking powder, vanilla sugar, the milk, a little salt and the egg whites until foamy.
Put all in a pan, which you previously greased with butter and simmer for 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the icing by putting in a bowl in a Bain-Marie the two egg whites, sugar, vanilla sugar and water.
Beat it for 8 minutes or until the icing becomes firm.
Remove the cake from the oven, cut into thirds horizontally and farcitelo with some of the frosting, the rest the consumer perspective to cover the cake.
