Instructions
Work in a bowl with butter 150 g sugar 150; Add one at a time, 4 egg yolks and milk Cup .
1 one of sweet liqueur.
Merge, after being mixed together, 200 g of flour, 200 of coconut flour for cakes, and yeast sachet vanilla sugar 1: after well blended, stir in gently the 4 egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Cooled, you can fill with fruit flavored cream (lemon would suggest), or smear of jam and sprinkle with coconut.
