Pineapple cake (Torta All'ananas)
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with 100 g of sugar, then add the yeast flour and incorporate half of the pineapple juice.
Mix well and add the 2 egg whites.
In baking pan melt the butter with 100 g sugar and caramel will place the slices of pineapple, pour over the mixture and place in hot oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Flip the cake and garnish with candied red cherries.
