Instructions
Formed a volcano with flour and put in water and salt.

Grease a cake tin and spread inside the pasta, simmer for 30 minutes.
When the pasta is browned remove from oven and fill it with the cream, relying on half-slices of pineapple and candied icing.

- 200 g of flour

- For the cream:
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 50 cl of milk
- Vanilla sugar
- 1 box of sliced pineapple
- 1 cherry confit
