Instructions
Mix the flour, sugar, butter, 2 egg yolks and 4 tablespoons pineapple juice.
Work the mixture vigorously, add the yeast and then the clear slightly fitted.
Caramelize without water 3 tablespoons sugar in a pan and then add a knob of butter.
Let cool and solidify the caramel and deponetevi over 7 slices of pineapple to bloom (a central slice and you're a corolla) and fill in the blanks with the kernels of nuts.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish over the pineapple slices and cook in a preheated moderate oven for 35-40 minutes.
Gently invert the cake while it is still warm and the caramel is still soft.
