Pineapple cake (3)
Instructions
Butter a mold round and sugar spolverizzarlo.
Arrange the pineapple slices on the bottom.
Knead the flour with the butter, eggs, baking powder and sugar.
When the mixture is uniform and smooth pour into the mould and bake at 200 degrees for about 1 hour.
The cake is ready when a toothpick comes out dry infilandoci.
Bake the cake and let it cool completely before turning the mold and sformarla on a serving dish.

- 150 g of melted butter
- 160 g of sugar
- 150 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 8 slices pineapple
