Carrot Cake (Torta Alle Carote)
Instructions
Navigate to the refiner the almonds and sugar, mix the flour with yeast, then passing it through a sieve; Mount butter with almonds and add the eggs and the red one at a time.
Add the grated lemon, rum, vanilla, flour, and finally the grated carrots, creating a homogeneous dough.
Butter a baking sheet vuotarvici the dough and bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for one hour.
