Pear cake
Instructions
In a bowl beat the eggs with sugar and pour the butter that you previously did dissolve into a saucepan.
Add the flour a little at a time, then vanilla and a pinch of salt.
With a spatula mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour half into the mold and place on top of the pears, peeled free of seeds and cut into wedges.
Pour over the dough.
You bake the cake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees until it becomes Golden.
Before you taste it, allow it to cool.
