Pate brisée dough cake with apples
Instructions
Peel apples, remove the core and cut into wedges.
Generously butter a cake tin and dust sides with the sugar.
Arrange apples in pan, spolverizzarle with sugar and sprinkle the remaining melted butter.
Cover carefully with the dough and bake at 220 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
Let the cake cool before sformarla, upside down, so that the apples are on the surface.

- 600 g of apples renette
- 300 g of pectin ready
- 80 g of sugar
- 80 g of melted butter
