Sunday cake
Instructions
Together with the breadcrumbs to get milk quite solid dough.
Add to mixture 120 g sugar, 3 egg yolks 1 egg, 50 g butter, melted earlier, Nutella, crushed amaretti and baking powder.
Stir vigorously and add the whipped egg whites.
Sprinkle butter a cake tin and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Pour in the mixture and sprinkle the surface with sugar and pine nuts.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 60 minutes.

- 1 bowl of breadcrumbs
- 160 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 80 g of butter
- 100 g of amaretti biscuits
- 150 g of nutella
- 1 handful of pine nuts
- 1 sachet of yeast
