Pork chops with gorgonzola
Instructions
Melt a knob of butter, bake the chops over high heat 6 minutes per side.
Roundtrip on the serving dish.
Let cool in the Pan, pour in the wine, heated, when it has evaporated, add half the cheese and let it melt over low heat, add salt.
Pour it over the meat.
Accompanying wines: Valtellina Superiore Sassella DOC, Sangiovese Di Romagna Superiore DOC, Biferno Rosso DOC.

- 100 g of sweet gorgonzola cheese
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- Butter
- Salt
