Banana Cake (Torta di Banane)
Instructions
Work the butter with 100 g sugar until mixture is fluffy, add the eggs and finally the flour sifted with baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Stir it around, then mix well ingredients and finally add the diced candied.
Grease and flour a rectangular pan, pour in the mixture and level it.
Peel the bananas and cut them into slices vertically, place them on the dough, cover with lemon juice and sprinkle them with the rest of the sugar and ground almonds.
Bake for about an hour at moderate heat.
