Instructions
Prepare the cream whipping 2 egg yolks with sugar and add the flour and milk.
Put the vanilla and simmer for 3 minutes or until it became dense.
Cook the carrots and then make a puree and mix it with cream.
Add 4 egg yolks and mix, adding the egg whites.
Grease a cake tin and pour in the mixture.
Simmer for 1 hour or until, putting a needle in the Centre of the sweet, dry Tinder.

- 1500 g of carrots
- 25 cl of milk
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 125 g of icing sugar
- 1 walnut butter
