Flakes cake
Instructions
Put the raisins soaked in Apple juice and bring to the boil for 20 minutes; Add a pinch of salt, malt and simmer for another 2 or 3 minutes.
Keep the flakes soaked in this mixture for about 30 minutes, then put them in a pan to form a first layer of Apple slices (cut crosswise and sliced peel).
Prepare a glaze with malt and water that you boiled for a few minutes two tablespoons agar flakes and cover just the top layer.
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Garnish with grated coconut and let cool completely before cutting and serving.

- 300 g of corn flakes
- 100 g of oatmeal
- 150 g of organic raisins
- 3 tablespoons of corn malt
- 150 g of toasted walnuts
- Apple juice unsweetened
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- Agar agar flakes
- Grated coconut
