Instructions
In a bowl mix the flour, melted butter, salt and water.
Form a ball and let rest for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile Peel the apples, Cook half, forming a mash that dress with sugar and vanilla.
Other apples cut into thin slices.
Grease a cake tin and put in the pasta, cover this with mashed apples and put us above the Apple slices.
Sprinkle all with icing sugar and bake in oven for 25 minutes or until the crust is golden.
Remove from oven and, using a brush, spread over the cake, gelatin that you previously dissolved in boiling water.
