Instructions
In a bowl, put the flour, potato starch, vanilla and sugar.
Stir and add the oil and 75 g of milk.
Incorporate the egg whites well soda and yeast dissolved in milk 75 g.
Mix well the mixture and put it into a pan of 22 cm in diameter.
Arrange over the dough cut the pears into thin slices.
Bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
