Pine nut cake
Instructions
Make the dough with butter, flour, sugar, lemon zest and a whole egg.
Let it sit for 30 minutes.
Chop half the pine nuts and rum together in a bowl.
8 egg yolks and add 250 g of sugar.
Stir and add 20 g of flour.
Mount the egg whites until foamy and join us.
Roll out the dough with floured rolling pin.
Line a baking pan greased and floured.
Put the dough mixture of pine nuts.
Bake at 200 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.
Cool the cake for 2 hours.
Sprinkle with pine nuts and garnish with jam.
