Rice cake with cream
Instructions
To liquefy the butter, add the rice and milk, cream, sugar and the grated lemon rind.
Mix well, add the two egg yolks and then the two beaten egg whites light.
Grease a cake tin, relax the dough, sprinkle with sugar and bake.

- 1 bit of butter
- 1 bowl of cooked rice and milk
- Little of cream
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- == 1 lemon (zest)
