Rice cake with blueberries
Instructions
Cook for 30 minutes the rice into the boiling milk with vanilla and sugar.
Let cool in a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the orange zest and Beat egg whites until foamy.
Add rice and carefully pour into a buttered and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Bake at 180 degrees already hot for 40 minutes.
