Rice and almond cake
Instructions
Cook rice in milk and then let it cool down.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add the egg whites.
Add the ground almonds, pine nuts, rice, grated lemon zest, liqueur and vanilla sugar.
Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for about 45 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.

- 50 cl of milk
- 150 g of sugar
- 90 g of rice
- 50 g of sweet almonds
- Some of pine nuts
- 1 dram of liquor
- Lemon zest
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- Little of butter
