Instructions
Mix all ingredients and knead until you get a firm and elastic dough.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and arrange in a baking dish greased paper, leaving the edges of 2 cm in height.
Tap the bottom with a fork and bake.
For the filling of the cake pick up 300 g of tofu, 100 g of raisins to seal all night, a pinch of salt, lemon peel and vanilla.
Stir and blend everything together and spread on top halfway through the cooking.
Put in the oven until the cake is golden.
You can decorate this cake with toasted hazelnuts.

- 200 g of wholemeal flour
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of tahini
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 pinches of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of water
- 300 g of tofu
- 100 g of sultanas
- Lemon zest
- Vanilla
- Toasted hazelnuts (optional)
