Soft chocolate cake
Instructions
Melt the chopped chocolate in a pan in a water bath.
Just melted, remove from heat and Add flour dissolved in cream.
Obtained a batter soda, add the milk, a little at a time.
Put the mixture on the stove and bring to a boil.
Let it simmer for a moment; then, off the heat, let cool.
Add egg yolks to the batter, one at a time; then the egg whites, beating from bottom to top.
Grease a baking sheet of 24 cm in diameter; Sprinkle moderately caster sugar and pour in the mixture.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, without ever opening the door for 35-40 minutes.
Leave it in the oven to cool off; then turn it over to the center of a large circular dish.
Spray liberally a knob of whipped cream in the Center and fissatevi a candle.
Serve the sliced cake, adding each portion with a puff of ice cream.
